Help save the doggos from the death sentence of Turkey

Hi, my name is Jen, im from Liverpool and have just returned from a holiday in Antalya, Turkey.

I am desperately trying to help one of life's angels export as many doggos as she can from Turkey.

The situation in Turkey is this; All street dogs are currently facing a death sentence, in the cruellest possible way.

The law is to capture and kill any street dogs the government can get their hands on. There are no needles or a magic potion to make them go to sleep peacefully... trust me, if this was how they did it, it wouldn't be so bad. Nope, they put all captured dogs into an un-sheltered enclosure, current temps in Alanya are 23-35°C. I have recently returned and the temps were has high as 36°C!

There are currently 4 million street dogs (at the last government count) that roam the streets and I know I cant help them all, but ill try my best to help some of them.

Most dogs out there are street dogs. They are cared for by many of the locals. They are fed and watered regularly and are part of their communities… well, they were, until the Government changed the Law and now every street dog is now owned by the Governments dog pound. It has also become a sport for the many dog haters to catch a street dog and mutate it!! Even kids find this a popular sport??

All this is a very true i'm afraid. And I totally understand, very hard to believe!!
