Hi my name is Laura and my 28 year old daughter Cassandra has been diagnosed with uterine cancer. As heartbreaking as this has been, I am proud of her resilience and her ability to stay positive. In the upcoming months, that resilience will be tested as she undergoes possible chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments. As you can imagine, her medical bills, coupled with her living expenses are astronomical.

Right now, Cassandra needs help getting up, dressing, showering, and even eating. This has taken away her energy and she is recovering from her major surgery that has given her a lot of pain. Yet in spite of this, she remains resilient. Cassandra is the sweetest, a hard worker, a loving friend, and a FIGHTER. I can’t imagine my life without her in it and I won’t let it take her like it did my own mother.
