Please Help Matthew With His Liver TransPlant
Hi,
My name is Matthew. My wife Renee had cervical cancer last year and the resulting radiation treatments reduced her bone density, and she broke a bone in her pelvis, and two vertebra. This all happened during the covid lockdowns, so her treatments were delayed by over 6 months. This resulted in a stage 4 cancer, rather than getting it cought earlier when it was more treatable. She is also in danger of the cancer speading through her lymphnodes to her heart. We are trying to get her insurance that the Mayo will accept, but we can't afford it.
I have liver cancer and end stage cirosis. I am in need of a liver transplant. Mayo Clinic is handling my treatment and the procedure. In the mean time neither of us can work, and the bills and living expenses keep piling up. We are on the verge of becoming homeless, and that would be a death warrant.
Please help us survive this disaster in our lives. We have been together for 4 years and married for 3. We are each others best friends and care givers. We love each othwr very much.
We get a little SSI every month, but it only covers our rent. We don't qualify for disability because we are to old.
I am a musician and have had to stop playing due to my illness and the covid. I had a band called Matthew Ward and the HeartMenders. Healing hearts one song at a time. I would love to get physically healed and revive this group to do more healing for others.
Please bless us by donating to our cause. Renee, God bless her, can barely walk anymore and is in constant pain. She has just become a grandmother and we live to far away for her to see him. Everything is so complicated and challenging. We need help.
Please donate what you can, and if not, please pray for us. We will leave this in yours and Gods hands.
God Bless you.
Matthew and Renee
