Syrian Refugee Family

Friends and family I am asking for your help.

The Almahamid family resettled in Phoenix a little over a year ago after their home was destroyed in Syria. The husband and father of 6 kids, (ranging from 6 months to 13 years of age), was in a serious accident while working in Jordan as their family lived in a number of refugee camps there before moving to the U.S. His neck and back injuries have prevented him from work indefinitely, and his wife’s baklava and Syrian soap selling has barely gotten them by this past year with government assistance. Refugee aid has taken care of half of their rent, but has now been cut off since a full year has passed since their resettlement. Phoenix has just started to feel like home to them but they may be forced to find housing elsewhere and my heart breaks at the thought of them being pushed to move and resettle once again.

Would you please prayerfully consider financially supporting this family? Even if all you can give seems like little, may we bear the burden this family carries together?
