Hi, my name is Isabella and I am a mother of 7. Recently we found my oldest son has had a brain tumor and 2 cyst growing for at least 7 years. Thanks to the support of lots of generous people we were able to afford the surgery and the stay by the hospital, however we are now facing a lengthy battle with the medical system. Despite being promised that everything would go off without a hitch, my son had 3 strokes immediately upon waking up, and he has recovered barely at all within the time he was supposed to be fine, so we are fighting due to the possibility of permanent damage. On top of this, we have been facing financial struggle due to the expenses of medication being upwards of $500 for only 16 tablets of required medicine even after insurance. We only are able to get commercial insurance for him currently and that’s only able to cover about half. There has been alot of difficulties faced and we have even come very close to having to lose our house. As time goes on I'm worried that the expense of medicine may cause more issues so unfortunately I must ask for any help possible. Any amount helps and will go a long way in order to help my son with this extremely difficult time of going from a normal 20 year old to having difficulties living life.
