Pax The Goat needs your help to become Edgewater Pet Mayor. 

My name is Ethan Zagotta and I am the campaign manager of the sweetest goat in the world. Pax was rescued from the dairy industry because he didn’t have much self confidence. He rose above with the help of his humans to become the sweet, courageous goat he is today. We want to inspire all to live a fearless, hopeful and charitable life.

When we heard about the competition in Edgewater to become Pet Mayor, Pax jumped (literally) at the chance to bring joy to the most people he could while raising important funds for the local charity Care For Real. 

Care For Real  has served Chicago for 50 years by helping people in need with everyday necessities we normally take for granted like food and clothes. A few years back the program noticed that many of their clients, most of whom are seniors, were feeding their loving pet companions before themselves. So the charity developed the Pet Pantry which provides food for the animals they love as well. 100% of donations go directly to the program. 

The deadline for giving will be August 1 and we will donate all the funds from this site to the competition in Pax's name. If Pax raises the most money, he will become Edgewater's first Pet Mayor. We are asking our best friends and family to donate any level below to help us achieve this goal.
