Paul Jackman’s Family Fund
Everyone that knew Paul, knew that he was a dedicated father to his two boys "Alexander and Christopher", who he adored and loved more than words can describe, and a loving husband to Natasha. Paul’s focus and priority in life was his family.
When Paul was diagnosed with melanoma three years ago, his primary concern was for his boys. Paul’s priority was to do everything he could do, no matter what that meant, to prolong his life for as long as he could, so that he could be here for Alexander and Christopher and to build “memories” for the boys and Natasha. Paul faced his cancer with courage, strength, resolve, dignity and grace, trying all the while to protectively shield “the boys” and all those who loved him. Every decision he took along the way, every clinical trial he entered, he did so to look after his beloved family for as long as he possible could.
The hardest thing that Paul & Natasha ever had to do was tell their boys that “Dad” had been diagnosed with melanoma and that one day, he would no longer be here with them. He promised them that he would do everything in his power to battle this, and that he did!
One of Paul’s main concerns was to provide financially for his boys and Natasha once he was gone. During his battle with cancer, he made every effort to pay off the bills, reduce the mortgage, pay off the car, and plan for the inevitable so that Natasha would not have to deal with all of this on her own! But the reality is, his boys are young and there is much more living ahead.
On June 14th, Paul passed away peacefully at home, in the loving arms of his family and friends after a courageous three year battle with melanoma.
If you can find it in your heart to donate to the “Paul Jackman Family Fund”, you will help Paul continue to take care of his family.
