This is my dad. Peter Theobald. He passed away 6.55pm 6/12/25 after suffering a short but very painful illness. He reached the age of 91 bravely battling through prostrate and bone cancer a triple heart bypass but this battle he fought with so much courage was just one battle to much. I was with him until the end and one saving grace is that he passed away very very peacefully. Throughout all of this he has done his utmost best to always help others no matter what the cause or cost. He was very well liked in the local community and tried to support them in every way. I am his only child and to say I am in a bit of a mess right now is a understatement. I had to give up work to look after him and now he has gone I am struggling a little trying to sort out that I will not be able provide a little send off for him not much! just a chance for his many friends to say goodbye. His ashes will be scattered under his wife's memorial tree who he lost 7 years after 55 years of a very happy marriage through which he supported her after she had a severe spinal core injury shortly after my birth. Not once did the two of them complain and no child could have wished for better parents. Already people have been so kind in the messages of support about him and what a Lovely Gentleman he was.
