Two friends of mine have sadly lost a child, Leo age 19 to mental health and larissa age 10 to leukaemia. Both family’s have been so strong and amazing but I feel like I want to help a little so I’m raising money for PAPYRUS prevention of young suicide & LARISSA FOUNDATION for teenage cancer trust.

Please give what you can it means a lot.

From 11th February to 11th March yes 28 days I’ll be challenging myself to do 100 sit-ups a day, May sound easy but feel free to join me.
