Pajaro Flood Recovery Fund for Pat&Joanne Jackson
Donation protected
This GoFundMe has been created by friends of the Jackson family to assist them during this disaster. The funds will go towards clean up, repairing considerable amounts of equipment damage, fences, wells, septic, propane systems, plumbing, heating, water heater, washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher, refrigerators, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, beds, bedding, dressers, curtains, couches, chairs, tables, doors, fireplace, hutches, shelving, drywall, flooring, subfloors, baseboards, trim, out buildings, garage repairs and replacing everything else that the flood took from them.
At midnight March 10, 2023, the Pajaro Levee was breeched by floodwaters so fierce that items in and around their home, including their propane tanks, were swept miles away and now lay in un reachable mucky strawberry fields. The house itself was filled with 9 feet of flood water on the main level and the finished basement was completely flooded.
Pat and Joanne are the most kind and thoughtful friends we could ask for, the type of friends that would give you the shirt off their backs. They are avid volunteers in the community and always offer their help and support to anyone who needs it. They would never ask for help themselves, that is why we are asking on their behalf.
Thank you.
