Planting Seeds of Hope:

Supporting Refugees in Need

Planting Seeds of Hope was founded by two friends, Anshul Sharma and Adil Bozai, who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families displaced by conflict. We will be visiting refugee camps in Jordan and Egypt to deliver vital support, including clothing, healthcare, and educational resources, while bringing hope to those who need it most.

How Your Contributions Will Be Used

We are committed to ensuring 100% of the funds collected go directly to helping those in need. Here’s how your donations will make an impact:

1. Clothing and Essentials Distribution:

• A portion of the funds collected will go towards transporting clothing items collected in Canada to refugee camps in Egypt and Jordan. In addition, funds will be used to purchase hygiene items (i.e. soaps, feminine hygiene products) and transport that to the camps as well. These items will provide much-needed relief to families who have lost everything.

2. Partnering With Trusted Organizations:

• A portion of the funds will support Human Concern International and OUSSM-Jordan, organizations dedicated to providing:

• Healthcare and medical services.

• Education programs for children and youth.

• Mental health support for refugees.

3. Direct Aid to Refugees:

• Some funds will be directly distributed to refugees to address urgent needs, such as food, shelter, or medical care.

Our Role and Commitment to Transparency

As the organizers of this fundraiser, we will manage the funds to ensure they are distributed effectively and transparently. By working with trusted organizations and coordinating on-the-ground efforts, we guarantee that every dollar is used to make a meaningful difference.
