Help Puerto Ricans Evacuate PR

Puerto Ricans have been wiped out and most can't expect emergency aid in the near future. Power restoration is expected to take 4-6 MONTHS; people have no drinkable water; and they are running out of food.
These conditions are inhumane. It is our goal to provide funds to as many families and individuals as possible to leave the island and go somehwere they can be safe.
We don't know what the airlines will charge, but Puerto Rico has over 3 million residents, and our goal is to help as many as humanly possible with your help.
We are choosing to fund-raise directly so that no money is wasted for overhead and beauracracy. All of what we raise will go directly to Puerto Ricans trying to escape.
Selecting the best mechanism to distribute the money will be critical. We will reach out to both FEMA and the local government, but if that just means beauracracy and people not getting the money ASAP, we are open to other means (i.e. direct purchase of plane tickets on behalf of individuals).
