Medical Care for Milo the Pug
Donation protected
The heart of our rescue is the seniors that we take in. Meet 12 year old Milo who just came in a couple days ago. He is blind and deaf with severe ear infections, pneumonia and a heart murmur.

This picture shows him meeting his foster mom for the first time at the vet office. You can see how grateful he is in this picture and he seems to know things will be getting better soon.

Milo is going to need extensive vet care, including treatment for pneumonia, his heart, and of course an extensive dental surgery. We would also like to get him a custom halo to help him feel secure when walking around without his sight. Our estimated costs for Milo's care is $2,500.
We are confident that once he is brought back to full health that we can find him a wonderful retirement home that will love and cherish him in his last years. We are grateful for any help you are able to provide to get this senior gentleman back to full health.

Milo is currently in the care of Pacific Pug Rescue in Portland Oregon; a 501c3 nonprofit organization incorporated in 2006 that exists to rescue, rehabilitate and place unwanted, abandoned, neglected and abused Pugs in permanent adoptive homes that have been carefully screened. Pacific Pug Rescue is an all-volunteer organization; we do not have a shelter facility and all rescued pugs live with volunteer foster families while they wait to be adopted.
Thank you for anything you can give. You make the difference in the care of these special needs pugs.
