Ozzy

Ozzy is a 24 month old pure bred Border Collie that was injured, never repaired and healed without correcting. Also has lost toes on rear foot. Ozzy live his first 10 months in a small wire crate then the next 14 months in a small run. Never knew what a collar or leash was or the outside world. Never able to run and wear down nails. Or know there was a big world outside of his tiny area with hoarders. If surgery is done now he will live a long active life and without pain. Ark Animal Hospital has called in a Specialist to preform this surgery and Donations are needed to help this become a reality for Ozzy.
