Hi, my name is Jenna and my husband and I have two amazing little sons, Oswald (1) & Julian (3). They are such incredible blessings.

Oswald has been having issues with his digestion and skin since 4 months old when I had to go on an antibiotic. After taking this antibiotic, through breastfeeding Ozzie, he became swollen, he had bad colic, his skin became inflamed and all he could do was scratch from his on set of eczema. I eliminated every allergen in my diet, swapped cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for all natural ones, I tried only cotton clothing, cleaning and vacuuming constantly, gut tests for Ozzie, all the best probiotics and supplements, the best (and most expensive! ah!) diapers and wipes, bought all the special eczema clothing, all the creams and then some, when he started eating I only bought the best organic, free range, grassfed everything to make sure he was getting top of the line quality and nothing less...The only thing that made a noticeable change was the probiotic Evivo. Yet even with that, we were just scratching the surface.

I started going to a naturopath doctor for Ozzie a couple months ago that said that she has seen cases like his and she is confident she can help. She started us with the first round of supplements which helped! I was stoked. But then the dust started rolling in, the carpets became more itchy for him, our old apartment wasn't suitable for the environment that Ozzie needed. Thankfully God had grad school at seminary on our hearts and my husband decided to enroll for his masters and got accepted (!) so we were blessed to move into an amazingly beautiful apartment on campus where the environment superseded anything we have ever lived in before.

Yet, Ozzie is still struggling. Just the other night his skin was at an all time low. I could't help myself from going into complete panic. To see my son in so much distress and pain for so long..it is just heart wrenching. Our sweet Ozzie copes with pain or feeling uncomfortable by scratching. So when he is teething or when he has digestive issues, he scratches, which flares up his eczema, which causes him discomfort, so he scratches more which leads to weeping skin and utter discomfort.

We needed to go to the naturopath again. We needed to try other things...new creams, new supplements, maybe super purified water instead of the fridge water, different foods, new clothes (his current ones are all pilled up from friction from scratching), more ac, less ac?? It's hard because you have to try everything in order to see if that changed anything all the while keeping tabs on everything you are changing or aren't changing. It's very stressful. Especially when you try something new that will hopefully help but then it back fires.

I had an appointment with the naturopath after that terrible flare-up just today (Sept 13) and she set us up with another supplement plan to help his gut and and skin in check. She is very hopeful and so am I.

I also took him to the chiropractor to see if an adjustment would help him have an easier time with his digestive system and I am very hopeful as the chiropractor was able to work on him successfully and adjust him and he was able to go to the bathroom easier.

My husband and I try with all our capacity to help our little guy. So much so that I have severely injured my back from bending over and trying to protect his body from his scratching in every situation...from breastfeeding, playing, waiting for his food, laying down playing, trying to go to sleep, taking a bath, in the car seat, in the stroller, during diaper changes. My body, from not only being pregnant and going thru birth, but also having to be so extremely diligent to prevent my son from scratching has caused major issues for my back. If I didn't start going to the chiropractor as of recently, I would've needed to get back surgery fairly soon.

All that to say, the things that we need to do for my son and for my back are really getting to be a big burden on our family and we need help financially. We are asking for help with his treatment plan, doctor appointments, supplements, special food, clothes, creams, tests and his chiropractic care, as well as mine. It would be just such an answer to prayer for some help and we will undoubtedly give all the glory to God as He deserves. Thank you so much for your time reading this.
