He departed this life leaving behind a legacy of wisdom, compassion, and service that touched countless lives.

Chief Owelle was more than just a name—he was a husband, a father to four beloved children, a mentor to many, and a true custodian of cultural values. As a community leader, he stood as a bridge between tradition and progress, using his position and knowledge to uplift others and bring people together.
