maretza varela was born and raised in Santa Fe nm she moved too Colorado in 2019 and she been up here since well I’ve never done this before but I’m looking for help for my sister she has a beautiful daughter name Juliette Victoria Cervantes born in May 24 2017 my sister has been fighting a awful custody battle with the father Francisco Carlos Cervantes it all started when my sister put child support on him when the nightmare began they been going too court at SANTA FE District court and the judge is Broderick Bulman, Shannon it’s been years of fighting we need help they took Juliette away from my sister without any cause at all my sister isn’t a criminal never been in trouble never been in jail no drugs no alcohol nothing at all she’s done everything for that little girl as a single mom for many years Francisco disappeared out of her life for almost 3 years cheated on my sister and kicked her out kept Everything got with someone different a year later had another baby with someone else reason why my sister had no option than too move away because there was no family out there too help yet she’s done everything alone works and has everything that little girl needs they are not listening and I’m begging for help! Things can get very expensive Juliette needs our help she accused him of molesting her there’s documents from social worker stating this what this judge has done is not right no mother should be going through this now we are fighting for nm too throw the case away because they have no jurisdiction over the case since my niece has lived in Colorado for over 5 years we have had so many lawyers helping it’s been so expensive any help would be greatly appreciated please a prayer would be greatly appreciate as well I’m begging for help my video on tik tok went viral where this little girl cry’s that she doesn’t want to go with dad OUR KIDS VOICE MATTER!!!
