Words from Vere:
“You’re our Sunflower”
It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform our friends and loved ones, that Javier and Verenice have lost their beloved son, Anthony Alecei Diaz Galindo. Although his passing was sudden, he was surrounded by his immediate family at the time he gained his wings.
Anthony was a timid boy, but always seemed to have a shining light on him. Anthony had a beautiful smile, big dimples, and big bright eyes that ranged from gray, to green to brown depending on how the light shined on him, he was such a handsome little boy. Anthony loved to play sports, but his greatest passion was soccer. Anytime he was surrounded by a soccer ball, his smile would light up and he would showcase his amazing footwork and soccer skills to all those around him. Anthony loved to spend time with his family; he enjoyed playing with his little brother, having play dates with his cousins, spending time with his grandparents, and having family time with his parents. Anthony loved eating pizza, Spider-Man, the movie Cars, being outdoors, going to the beach, riding the rides at the Boardwalk, and his favorite song was Sunflower.
Anthony leaves behind his mommy, daddy and little brother, Michael, along with his maternal and paternal grandparents, and many, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
This unimaginable loss has been difficult to comprehend and many people have inquired on how to help support the family. We are very grateful to those who have asked, and we open this up to anyone that would like to contribute to help lay our little angel to rest.
Thank you all for the love and prayers you have sent the Diaz-Galindo Family. We will continue to update you with any information the family wishes to be shared.
With love,
The Diaz-Galindo Family
