Our Beautiful Esme Hernandez has passed to a better place. She fought till the end overcoming her heart stopping 4 times through out these two months, and the 5th time her body just didn't resist. Words can not describe the Amazing human being she was. She left behind three kids that have been missing her since early January. And her husband Mike that has been at the hospital parking lot for hours and hours at a time just to be near her. All who knew her know that There was absolutely NOTHING she wouldn’t do for her Family. This has been a bad rollercoaster ride since day one. We never lost faith and never stoped praying for her recovery. But Sometimes our plans are not Gods plans. Now it’s Easier for us to go to her than for her to come to us. She will be Greatly Missed. Thank You to each and everyone for your Prayers. This fund raiser will go 100% towards her funeral costs we want to make it as Beautiful and Amazing as she was.
