I would like to take a moment to introduce you to my friend and employee Oscar Quezada. If you have never had a chance to meet him, let me tell you a little bit about him. Oscar has worked with us here at C&C Collision as our lead collision technician since 2010. He has been instrumental in the success of C&C Collision. He is always ready and willing to step in at any moment to give a helping hand.
Anyone who knows Oscar, knows he has a heart of gold! He would give the shirt off his back, and the food off his plate to help someone in need.
On July 20th, 2016 Oscar’s world was turned upside down. He was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, a rare cancer of the lymphatic system. What started off as a weakened immune system and mild weight loss, soon turned into his worst nightmare. On Friday the 29th, he started the first round of 12 chemotherapy treatments at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance. For the next 6 to 7 months Oscar’s main focus will be on the extensive and grueling chemotherapy treatments. Since Oscar will be unable to work during this time, it will be challenging for him to provide for his family. Medical bills have already started to take their toll.
Oscar is happily married to his wife Cindy, and has 2 beautiful daughters. At only 33 years young, age is on his side, and we believe he has a great chance of beating this! Please help us meet our goal! Oscar and his family need your help!
