Help the Poor in the Prophet's City

The "Muslims of the World" team is on the sacred journey called Umrah in the beloved city of our Prophet Muhammad pbuh.  Althought Umrah is known as a spiritual journey, it is very difficult to ignore the extreme amounts of poverty that you see on the side of the streets here.  From little orphans who are trying to make it on their own to old women trying to figure out how to get their next meal, the sight is horrific. 

Mothers begging for food and people whose eyes are filled with grief.  The "Muslims of the World" team is here to bring them some hope by raising money to provide them with food, clothing and water.  We will be documenting how each penny is spent on the @muslimsoftheworld1 instagram page in addition to showing you all us giving the food, clothing and water to the homeless and poor.  

This is a Zakat eligible donation as this is a donation to the poor and what better way to spend money than on the homeless and poor in the most sacred city in the world (The Prophet Muhammad's City).  The people need your help and we ask that you donate out of the genorisity of your hearts.  Know that Allah doubles all good actions in Medina and these people could really use something to life their spirits.
