We are happy to announce that the building has officially been acquired. At this time, we are in the process of completing routine maintenance and necessary updates.

• I am pleased to share the establishment of a grassroots movement rooted in the original teachings of Srila Prabhupada, with the goal of developing the first Ashram (Center) in Oroville, CA, dedicated to Srila Prabhupada and his devoted followers.

The Ashram is located in a former YMCA building in downtown Oroville, within walking distance of the historic Feather River. I encourage you to watch the videos below, which beautifully convey our vision.

• The Ashram includes a full kitchen, multiple rooms, several shower facilities, a temple room, and a dining area, providing an ideal space for devotional service and community activities.

• The location is approximately 30 minutes from Chico State University and Yuba City, making it well situated for distributing Srila Prabhupada’s original books and hosting programs.

Srila Prabhupada envisioned Krishna Consciousness spreading to every town and village, and we are grateful for your continued encouragement and support as we work to manifest this vision. We will continue to provide regular updates as progress continues.
