On Tuesday, December 18, 2012, my sister-in-law Melanie Litt received a kidney donated by her son, Landon.  This surgery is a blessing, as it goes a long way towards making certain we will have Melanie in our lives for a long, long time!

Before *The Big Day* there were many of us who wished we could be there to support Melanie, Landon and Pat (my brother)... but that wasn't possible.  To that, Melanie said "Wear a smiley face!"... and Operation Smiley Face was born.  The extraordinary power of positive energy!

As you can imagine, with this live-saving surgery comes extraordinary monetary strain; I think we can all agree the Litts have enough on their plate right now and that they deserve all the help we can give. 

So... let's deploy our "Smiley Face Army" and help take care of this incredibly deserving family! Please take a moment to make a donation towards their medical bills.
