Operation Agnew

Donation protected

We are continuing to raise money and asking for prayer support on behalf of our dear friend Ryan Agnew.

Emily recently passed away and we would like to finish out this campaign to help support Ryan and Vicky as they navigate this tough season.

Thanks again to to everyone who has been supporting the Agnew's with prayer and financial support! Your love is tangible!

When Emily was ten years old she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. In high school she learned she had a liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and would need a transplant. May 5, 2001, she received her new liver. Emily's health was good until about seven years ago, when the Colitis started causing trouble.

Things went well last the sumMmer, but Emily's liver numbers had been climbing since the spring, and after some tests doctors saw the liver disease was progressing. Emily was recently (October 2013) very sick and hospitalized for an infection in her liver bile ducts, and doctors are now discussing the eminent need for another liver transplant.

The Agnews are still trying to get answers. We don't know how long this road will be, but we don't want them to have to be concerned about their medical expenses continuing to stack up. It's going on 3 weeks now in the hospital.

In the last two months things have changed quite a bit. Emily went from being number one on the transplant list to being sidelined by some serious infections and Aspergillus in her lungs. She is fighting for her life and is in need of miracles!

As her friends, we feel like we need to DO SOMETHING and we invite you to join us!

Through ALL of this, Emily and Ryan have chosen to be joyful in all things. Emily impacts so many with her faith and fight. She encourages many with her blog and she holds on to hope like no other. Ryan has been nothing short of amazing, full of faith and dedication. You can read more about this on Emily's blog:

Ryan has had to be home from work for long stints of time, and so many other expenses that have piled up. They were blessed to have lots of needed work and repair to their home, and the gofundme support was greatly instrumental!, THANK YOU!
