When my daughter was born, I was told she was “not compatible with life” and that there was nothing more that could be done. We were sent home and told to prepare for the worst.

But I chose to advocate for her.

That’s when we discovered SOFT (Support Organization for Trisomy) and found life-changing information, support, and hope that we didn’t know existed.

Because of what we’ve learned, we are now preparing to move her care to St. Louis, Missouri where she can receive specialized treatment and evaluation. This journey means travel, time away from home, and covering basic living expenses while we focus on giving her every chance possible.

So here’s the mission:
