5 years ago my Dad (also my best mate) was diagnosed with a rare lung disease IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis) this horrible incidious disease has slowly robbed my father of the ability to breath, turning him from a larger than life character to a frail shadow of his former self. 
Two months ago we had more bad news, he is now in heart faliure as a result of the IPF. Two days ago after a visit to his specialist we received the devastating news that he has 12-18 months left unless he can get a transplant. However as the disease progresses further there will be very little quality of life. 
So whilst we have a short window of time im hoping to raise funds to fly my sister and nephew over from the UK for one last family reunion. 
My Dad has two final wishes. For his family to be together one last time and to own a C10 chevy pickup.
I can't help him with the pickup but with your Kind donations hopefully we can get these Snowballs back together for one last time.
