Oliver's shamazing top surgery

Hello everyone,
I started this gofundme account for Oliver’s top surgery fund. Like so many other trans* men I know, Oliver deserves a real chance at being comfortable and happy and truly authentic. Whatever money is earned here will go towards the surgery costs. I am starting to save for all the other costs involved (luckily, I’ve been around a few guys during their top surgery so I know the drill!).
If you didn’t know Ollie:
Oliver was born on December 10, 1987, little Sagittarius! He was raised in Orem, Utah and is the youngest of six siblings (and ironically, the tallest). He is 1/4 Native American (S’Klallam), 1/4 Native Hawaiian, and ½ white. He moved to northern California with his family when he was a teenager and eventually moved to Denton, Texas to go to school (…and to meet a girl – who ended up being one of his best friend and still is). Oliver is quite possibly the epitome of a Sagittarius. Sagittarians are known for their luck, generosity, big hearts, spontaneity, philosophical nature, and charm (pretty much, Oliver). Oliver spends his time as an advocate and activist for the ISO. He plays guitar and loves to write. He’ll talk to anyone and has never met a stranger. I’ve never seen him turn someone away who needed or asked for money, or food, or socks, or even a cigarette. He has given his last dollar to someone, I sadly watched our last dollar leave his hands one time. Ha! He’s a gentlemen and a scholar.
While he has struggled the past two years financially, things are starting to slowly fall into place. He was recently hired at the post office in Argyle (people get really excited about the idea of him being a postman)!
I’d like to give him a way to kick start his dream to be fully himself. He’s a good man with so many possibilities and so much to give. I believe in him and I believe in our community. Community is a powerful resource that fills me with such raw and good feelings and so that’s why I reach out to you. To his people, to our people. Because we’re community. We’re family. We’re loved ones. We’re friends. We’re people. <3
