Did you know that ORT is the Jewish organization meeting the world’s educational needs, and we’ve been doing it since 1880?
Each year, over 300,000 students receive the gift of education from ORT schools and programs in more than 60 countries around the world.
Since 2014, ORT Atlanta has adopted the Hodayot Youth Village in Israeli's Lower Galilee, raising money to support a myriad of programs and capital upgrades.
Hodayot, for our at-risk teens, is what Israelis call “The Last Bus Stop”. For most, it is their last chance to escape poverty and difficult home lives and get a quality education and a chance at a bright future.
As you spend this holiday season with your friends and family, take a moment to pay it forward and help our Israeli students on Giving Tuesday, December 1st. Give a gift that will help underprivileged children attain independence, build successful careers, become community leaders, and maintain their Jewish identity!
