One veteran lost to PTSD-related suicide is one too many.

For 18 years, A Soldier's Child Foundation has served more than 5,000 children who have lost a military parent. We have seen firsthand the devastating impact of veteran PTSD and suicide on the families left behind.

That is why we are producing "Out of the Shadows" a powerful full length 70 minute documentary sharing the true stories of a surviving spouse, a veteran whose life was saved, and children who lost their father. Their stories reveal the pain of PTSD, but more importantly, the hope, healing, and faith that can lead others out of the darkness.

Our goal is to raise $267,000 to complete the documentary. Thanks to generous early supporters, $68,000 has already been raised, leaving $199,000 to finish the film and bring this message of hope to veterans and families across America.
