Olympia Area Rowing ("O.A.R.") serves over 90 local youths from 12-19 years old in its Youth Rowing Program. This year culminated in two crews winning Northwest Regional Championships and three crews qualifying for the USRowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Florida on June 6-9.
We need your help getting these crews, their racing shells, and their equipment across the country to compete at the highest level of high school rowing in the United States. The total cost is well over $10,000 and with your help we are trying to cut that burden in half--at least!
The O.A.R. crews competing at Youth Nationals are:
- NW Regional Champions Women's Double (2 rowers)
- NW Regional Champion Men's Quad (4 rowers)
- Qualifier Men's Double (2 rowers)
All proceeds received by O.A.R. in this campaign will go toward expenses related to these crews competing at the Youth Nationals.
Thank you for your support!
