Hi, I’m Munachimso Dike (b. 1995), the founder of this fundraiser and the person the donations are ultimately intended to support.
I’m raising £3,500 to help me officially launch my Artwear brand ‘’NWADIKE’’— a project I'm deeply passionate about and committed to bringing to life.
Due to my current location in Ghana and the donation currency being in pounds (GBP), I’m unable to directly receive the funds through GoFundMe. To solve this, I’m working closely with my sister Stacy (based in Northern Ireland) who is listed as the beneficiary to help with fund transfers.
What Is NWADIKE?
NWADIKE is an artistic statement, it's a reflection of my journey and a deeper inquiry into migration, cultural exchange, and collective identity. NWADIKE explores themes of movement, belonging, and becoming. Our Footwear series marks NWADIKE official launch and the foundation of my debut solo exhibition, connecting fashion, migration, and cultural innovation. Learn more about NWADIKE
Your Support Will Help Me:

- Fund travel and collaboration for the exhibition
Post-launch, I’ll reinvest part of the proceeds to produce modern back-to-school sandals for children across Ghana.

Important note:
Although the fundraiser shows Northern Ireland as the location, the location only reflects my sister’s address — not mine. This is purely for logistical purposes to ensure proper fund disbursement.
Explanation: Since my sister ( Stacy Dike ) is the one in Northern Ireland, and facilitating the fund transfer securely and legally, the location defaults to where the funds are being withdrawn.
Rest assured, I am the final recipient, and 100% of the donations will go toward launching NWADIKE, exactly as outlined in this campaign. Stacy is simply helping facilitate the process safely.
