Adelia, or the Nose Play

In a land far away, in a time long ago last week, Adelia, a noseless woman, crosses The Sea in the pursuit of love. On an unfamiliar shore, she finds Max, a loving dad from match.com. But can we allow  ourselves to be loved for that which we are hated for? What is to be done about the wolf in the woods? And how long will it take San Jose, CA to crumble?

Up and coming Bay Area playwright Daniel Holzman, in collaboration with the brilliant Nigel Berkeley, has written a profoundly noseless tale of love and apocalypse. With a creative band of theatrically minded hooligans and dancers, we will be bringing Adelia, or The Nose Play to Dixon Place  for one night, and one night only this May 24th! 

We have been breathing beautiful life into this piece for over a year and are overjoyed to get to share it with our community. The world needs a good love story right about now, and we suspect this is exactly the one for the job.

With this campaign we hope to raise the funds to:
1. Provide our creative team with the budget to fully realize all design elements of this beautiful production
2. Launch a comprehensive online and plastic nose-driven marketing campaign to spread word of Adelia far and wide
3. Buy a plate of cookies for our charming, talented cast in a show of gratitude
