Transform our music department

My name is George and I have been a music teacher at The Norwood School for eight years. It is a wonderful local authority school in the heart of South East London. It is a performing arts specialist school and I am looking to raise funds to buy something to enhance the experience of the large number of talented musicians we have at Norwood. We have a huge number of incredibly talented musicians and it would be fantastic to offer them the chance to high end quality equipment that they would otherwise not have access to.

I would like to raise the money to buy our school a grand piano. As a school that specialises in the performing arts I would love to offer our students the opportunity to perform on an instrument that matched the dedication that our students show and the talent that they display. They deserve it, they really do.

I am running the Brighton Marathon on April 7 in order to begin raising money to buy something that will no doubt transform our department and give our students a real sense of pride.
