Norah's Memorial Fund

Norah Bella was born on December 9th 2013. Norah was born with a condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. The left side of her heart did not fully develop in utero. After birth, she underwent a series of extensive heart surgeries as well as corrective surgery for intestinal issues. Spending the first few months of her life in the hospital, she finally got to go home while on oxygen support. Several hospital stays followed due to sickness and declining oxygen levels.

On October 4th, 2015, Norah was taken to the ER at All Children's Hospital with concerns about swelling in her face and strained breathing.
Upon admission, several tests were done and it was determined that she had gone into heart failure. After several conferences and meetings with doctors all over the United States, it was decided that a heart transplant would be needed. With the added complication of only her left lung functioning, it may be necessary to be transfered to a different city with different doctors who are experienced in this area.

The family, friends, and church family are praying for God's hand to be on every step of this journey that Norah is on. More than anything we ask that all would join in lifting up Norah in prayer and let God's will be done through this situation. The love and support poured out already have been tremendous. The medical bills continue to accumulate and there are many more to come as the wait continues for a new heart. Now we are asking on behalf of the family, If you are able to donate any funds, every penny will go towards the medical expenses and cost of living while her parents, Kevin and Stephanie, take time to be with Norah before, during, and after this procedure.
