Hi neighbors!

A group of concerned homeowners within Noble Court I is seeking legal clarification regarding ongoing governance disputes in our community.

Recent actions and communications have raised questions about compliance with WA State law (including RCW 64.90) and our governing documents (CC&Rs and Bylaws), as well as the validity of the February 25, 2026 Special Meeting and current Board authority.

Because these matters remain unresolved, legal action in Superior Court may be necessary to obtain a judicial determination.

We are requesting voluntary contributions of $155 per household:

$150 toward legal fees

$5 to help offset platform processing fees
