Please Help Me Help my Dad No Hands & leg

Hello my name is Angie, I’m setting up a gofundme campaign for my dads financial independence and to get a new prosthetic leg for him. Allow me to explain the situation, his journey and in the process get to know the most hardest working human bean you’ll ever know. As well as my amazing Dad, which I love with all my heart. My dads name is Carlos Arbelaez 53 years of age and currently an amputee. Yes an amputee...... but that hasn’t stopped him from living life it self. You see my dad at age 18 suffered a horrible electrical accident. While installing a TV antenna on the roof top of his moms house. He accidentally touched the high voltage cable, therefore receiving instantaneously over 16,800 volts of energy through out his body. It was so powerful that it burned both his hands, mid arms, part of his abdomen, shoulder, right leg and blew all of toes except for one. He was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors stabilized him and proceeded to try to save his limbs. But later informed the family that the limbs were to damaged and if there was any chance of him surviving that they needed to proceed with the amputation. After many many hours in surgery the doctors finally did all the necessary procedures. When my dad finally woke up from the surgery many days later, he was at a lost. Didn’t really know what was going on or how did all of this happen. Once he realized in the situation he was in and what his life was going to be like from there on. He decided to move forward with his therapies, having to learn everything all over again. From walking, writing, cooking and trade skills. You see at the time of his accident, he was recently married and had a new born baby girl as well. So he told himself that he needed to be all he can for his family. Overtime he learned how to draw, paint, welding, driving bug trucks, cooking, computer repair, electrical, auto mechanics and currently specializing in tow truck operations. But honestly he has always shown my siblings and I that there’s no limit to what one can learn or do. So with that being said or better yet explained to y’all is the main reason for my plea. My dad works very hard daily (Mon - Fri 7am-7pm) and sometimes even later. There are days that his body aches or his limbs have cuts or sores due to all the work that he does. Also with all the work he puts in, which is towing wrecked/inoperable vehicles to different locations. It has also caused much damage to his Prostectic's. Which are in need of much repair or replacement. This is very expensive costing anywhere from 30K-50K. These Prostetics are much needed for his everyday activity and better quality of life. Since the Covid-19 pandemic and the “stay at home order” was put in place, he has been unemployed for almost 2 months. Causing him to use up most of his savings and putting his goals to the side. I’m asking for your support today to see if possible to help my dads Prostetics and by giving him a financial boost towards his goals. Which is to be his own boss and financially independent.
