Was it the covid vaccine?

On April 25th Wayne was suddenly & tragically taken from his wife & family. He was not feeling well after receiving his 2nd covid 19 vaccine on April 12th, so on April 20th they called an ambulance & it was down hill from there,he was transferred to JMCGH where they did everything they could to help him, said his liver &  kidneys were failing . But, to no avail he passed &  the doctors still have no idea from what. Was it the vaccine???
 He leaves behind an amazing wife to plan a memorial instead of a first time  vacation to the beach . His little chihuahua is lost & heartbroken without his dad he went everywhere with him.
I would love to help raise money for his amazing wife & lil fella to help with remaining hospital bills & his memorial they had no life insurance & just moved to Tennessee to start a new chapter in their life. Not knowing it would be their last chapter. There will be an autopsy so I will definitely update on his diagnosis & cause of death. He took the covid 19 vaccine with the certainty it would help him beat covid to enjoy many more years with his wife. 
Please help me reach my goal.
