Our dog suddenly became very sick, vomiting repeatedly and refusing to eat. After rushing him to the emergency vet, we learned there was a blockage inside of his stomach, which can be life-threatening if not treated quickly. The only option was emergency surgery to open the stomach and remove the obstruction. This was completely unexpected, and we had to make the decision right away to save his life.

We are now facing a large veterinary bill that includes the surgery, hospitalization, and medications for recovery.
