My name is Nicole Forbis and I'm very ill. The team of doctors I've assembled don't know exactly what's wrong but they have all concluded through testing and consultation that something neurological is wrong. 

There are specific advanced tests I need and Stony Brook University Hospital has the necessary technology, for it is one of only three labs in the nation that can help. 

I only ask for your help because, well, my money is gone, my savings are used up, my credit is maxed out and I need some help.

This is a tough thing for me to do, but I thought that instead of flowers (which I'm allergic to) or chocolates (which I cannot eat) or stuffed animals (which I don't need), that instead you might consider making a donation that will help me get better and truly lift my spirits, because I'm having a hard time holding onto hope.

Please know that ALL money donated will be used exclusively for expenses incurred while seeking medical help.
