In remembrance of both my Grandfather Anthony Donato and my Aunt Lori Dowie-Reeser this September I will be participating in a grueling competition out in California. A large portion of the profits go to veteran focused non-profits, back to the local communities, and to the National Forest Service, while the rest will go toward the trip itself and some of the gear required. Any extra donations will be given to both Cancer and
Alzheimer's research charities.
What: A very competitive team challenge which involves endurance strength and problem solving skills.
Why: A large portion of the proceeds go to a very good cause of supporting veterans and their families.
When: First weekend of September
