My husband Robert and I are humbly seeking some assistance in fighting Stage 4 Metastatic Hepatoblastoma Cancer in our beautiful son, Nick. His cancer was diagnosed on 5/11/2015 and it was a complete shock to all of us who love him.  

We are blessed to have good insurance to cover most medical needs, but hope to travel out of state in the next few months for major surgeries. The unplanned expenses which will arise include the cost of hotel living, travel for our family as well as travel expenses for additional family members to help care for our newborn daughter Anna, food while away from home, and lost wages if recovery goes beyond the expected timeline. In the meantime we will continue to have many inpatient stays for chemo treatments at the local hospital in Portland which has also resulted in some unexpected expenses.

We intend to be frugal with all money raised and any excess will be donated to help fight rare childhood cancers. We sincerely appreciate all generosity and promise to pay it forward in the future.

Above all, prayers are very much needed at this time.
