THE FUNKYIPUPPETS!

The FunkyiPuppets (created in the grand tradition of Jim Henson’s Muppets), which is a multi-platform edutainment based puppet show for places like, YouTube, IG live, Vimeo, Netflix, Cartoon Network and movie theaters world-wide.
The FunkyiPuppets' scripts, skits and poems are written and performed by  IPaintCreatures' Puppet Performance Troupe, composed of award winning writers, spoken word poets, award winning voice actors and performers.
The FunkyiPuppets are high tech, hip to the times, fusing together performance poetry, self development and hip hop elements to positive rap and dj produced music.
This production is produced to tell part of the IPC’s epic story Matsu.(Making Art Together Supporting Unity)


MATSU

Matsu is a contemporary multi-dimensional multi-platform epic story in the tradition of Harry Potter, Star Wars, Studio Ghibli Films, and Lord of the Rings. All is based in modern ‘Yokai’ folklore creature fantasy - sci-fi world, designed and developed in the tradition of great poetic epics as the Iliad and Odyssey, as it is fused with modern music and hi-tech aesthetic.
It is a interactive epic story that is delivered in multi-platforms from fresh original digital content on the World Wide Web to movie theaters worldwide, including live, theatrical performances.

We are in the production stages of the Epic Matsu Story and greatly appreciate all contributions. 
All proceeds will aid in the process of getting the physical puppets made of the characters that are presented in the scripts that we currently perform.
