Reuel Buchanan life was taken just across the gate of his UCF apartment crossing the street. A model student, mentor and leader he was determine to graduate College.  He was well on his way when killed on the evening of 4/18/18.  To commemorate his life's mission we have started scholarship fund to help other well deserving student complete College.
