Need Help - Storm Devastation

My name is Donna Weixel and I live in Jersey Village, TX. Cynthia Snider is my friend of many years. Cindy (60), and her companion dog Jasper, were trapped by tropical storm Harvey. The water in her apartment is all the way up to the ceiling and she has lost everything. She is currently waiting to be rescued along with helpful strangers from an upper level appartment.  Please help her in any way you can. Monies will be used to purchase food, clothing and relocation. Her car is completely underwater and a total loss. She has no job, no flood insurance, and no coverage on her car.
