Nathan Arrowood is a Sales Consultant at Fred Anderson Nissan  of Asheville.  He was having some health issues recently, and it was discovered that he had a pulmonary embolism (blood clots) in both lungs.  He was immediately admitted to the hospital in the I.C.U.  He is a proud father of three children with his wife Sabrina.  Nathan is the only earner in the house so they are going to be under some major financial challenges.  Nathan just recently won the Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence at the Dealership.  There are only a select few who win this award.  The two highest scored categories are sales volume and customer service.  His customer appreciate how genuine how easy he makes the experience for him.  Please help Nathan and his family in their time of need.  He has had a couple of major surgeries in the past couple of day.  His Anniversary is coming up on June 3rd.  Hopefully he will be on the way to a speedy recovery.

Below are posts from Sabrina's Facebook page about his status.

We are finally getting somewhere it seems.. Nathan is doing so great on the ventilator his numbers are where they need to be he could come off of it IF we can get the pockets of fluid under control. So the deal with that is this today a chest tube was placed however the fluid/blood inside is more like a scab than liquid as it should be. So around 9 something tonight the best cardio thoracic surgeon in around within 100 miles of Asheville told me we have 2 options 1 they open him up clean him out and repair however this option he believes is not an actual option because in order to do that he would need to be able to basically rely on his left lung to keep him alive during the surgery as they would deflate the right and considering the clot went through the left he believes the lung is to far gone and damaged to go this route so 2nd option is first we put a filter in to keep all blood clots from going back in to his heart and lungs as he can't have blood thinners and two they go in through the chest tube that was placed today and add some "medicine" that will cause the "scabs" to come off and the fluid to drain thru the chest tube.. The catch to this is 1 can we get it all and 2 if the "scabs" come out and he starts bleeding again inside they will have to go straight to OR anyway.. So at 8am tomorrow or I guess it's today considering the time will be taking him to do another ct scan insert the filter thru his neck then insert the medicine and watch for bleeding .. So my prayer warriors we need to pray that the filter and medicine goes in the blood/fluid/scabs come out and he's healed inside then we get him off the ventilator. This is a dangerous procedure but I truly believe God has him in the palm of his hand and he will deliver him from any other option than healed.
Today he was awake/lucid quiet a bit and to be honest my heart so happy to see him interact with all of us. He is such a wonderful Godly man. The love and support of so many of you is so breathtaking. And the prayers has lifted our little family up. It has also made me realize just how fast the rug can be ripped from under you. Nathan and I are so extremely blessed to have loved ones such that you all are. Our church family and many of you have reached out with love kindness and support I want to thank you all.. And to all the guys at Anderson Nissan I want to say a special thank you. You guys are going above and beyond for my family and I can't thank you enough. I know when Nathan hears all that you guys have done for us he will be as overwhelmed as I am. We love you all and are very grateful at your generosity..

Please just remember to pray that this procedure at 8 am is going to be as simple as filter/medicine/drain/heal that's all we need so that gorgeous man can come home to his family. I have given him and his health over to God in prayer and I am confident he will be talking to me again by our anniversary the 3rd of June.. Goodnight all and God bless you.. Thank you all again!!

The filter is in... no complications .. God is so good!! Waiting to see if the ATP (meds) do their job and if all goes well he's off the ventilator and breathing his own.. I love you Nathan
