Nandonyce Road to Men’s Physique IFBB Pro

Hi, my name is Fernando Cruz also known as Nandonyce on all social media platforms. I am happily married and a proud father of two amazing girls. I currently work at Crunch Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer.
In the past year, I have discovered a strong passion for Bodybuilding. I decided to start doing bodybuilding shows in the Men’s Physique class this past year, and have quickly discovered I have true potential. I am already preparing for my 5th show in just one year, and have already won multiple titles including three 1st place trophies, three overall champion trophies, one 2nd place medal, one 3rd place medal, and one 4th place medal. Although I have strongly fell in love with this sport and love to help and inspire others. It has become a hardship to keep up with the expenses. I quickly learned that to make it far in this sport, sponsorships are the way to go. I am currently working hard on earning my IFBB pro card so I can be one step closer of getting sponsorships, and be able to achieve my dream of making a living in the sport of bodybuilding.
On July 2nd, I am competing in the prestigious 2022 NPC Universe national show located in Teaneck NJ. I have to sign up for two classes in which I will have a shot to earn my IFBB Pro Card. The two classes are Mens Physique open class and Mens Physique Masters class. Having done my 3rd and 4th show in less then one month apart, and going to this 5th show just 7 weeks after, has exhausted all of my available earnings. As much as I love the sport, my priority as a family man is to cover my family expenses. For this reason, I am reaching out to all of you family, friends and continue to inspire on a daily basis via social media posts and stories to support me on this venture.
Please know that anything helps and there is no set amount of $ that couldn’t be appreciated. If you are unable to help monetarily, I totally understand! Your words of support and encouragement are priceless as well, because make no mistake, asking for help is one of the hardest things I have ever decided to do.
For this reason, I have also decided to give you all value back. I will be posting my whole journey via Instagram. My mission is to be transparent in the way of giving you exactly what I will be eating for the next 4 weeks pre show, exactly how I train including the sets and the repetitions in my workouts and a lot more info daily. It will be your decision if you’ll like to follow all my tips and try to put yourself in my shoes through this 4 week prep, or simply just learn some tips you can use in the future. I will reply to everyone on a daily basis via dms and posts to give even more value to those who have questions.
The money will be used to cover all the expenses the show will bring including registration fees, prep coaching fees, travel expenses, spray tanning fees, competition apparel, athletes travel expenses including flights, hotel stays and transportation, posing coach fees and backstage tickets to name a few. The amount listed is the goal to make everything happen.
