So, I currently weigh well over 400lbs. I've been in an unsustainable freefall (the wrong way) of my weight for about 10 years now. But the consequences are really starting to affect me. My back always hurts, my knees and feet are bothering me. I'm diabetic, have treated high blood pressure, heart issues, and more. I need to lose weight and am having a hard time doing it by myself.
Stairs are hard for me, especially on my knees and losing my breath. Even walking distances can leave me winded and exhausted.
This amount of money would allow me to hire a personal trainer for 108 - 60 minute sessions. (broken into 3 packages of 36 - 60 minute sessions at $45 each)... That'd be 36 weeks of training at 3 sessions a week. (I also included in the 5% gofundme takes from the overall total).
