Dearest Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to you for help as we navigate the next steps of our journey together.

As many of you know, we got engaged during Graham’s visit to South Africa - one of the most special and exciting moments of our lives! Our love story has been anything but ordinary, and while we may not have been together for years, we know without a doubt that what we have is rare, pure, and worth everything.

Our greatest wish is to finally be together permanently and start the life we’ve dreamed of. However, the reality is that the UK and South Africa have strict and costly immigration processes, making it incredibly difficult for couples like us to reunite.

After carefully considering our options, we are exploring two possible paths:

Applying for a UK spousal visa so that I can move to the UK after we are married. This process requires us to pay all fees upfront and includes immigration charges, health surcharges, and various required tests.

Graham relocating to South Africa instead. This would involve covering the costs of moving his belongings internationally and handling the necessary visa and work permit processes.

Both options come with significant financial hurdles, and regardless of which path we take, the cost is roughly the same. This is why we are asking for your help. Any support - no matter how small-would mean the world to us and bring us one step closer to finally starting our life together.

To save costs, we have decided to keep our wedding very intimate and small, though we would have loved to celebrate with all our friends and family. The cost of this and our mini honeymoon will not be covered by donations - every penny raised will go toward the visa and relocation process.
