Help us continue showing up for New York City when our communities need us most.

NYC Clergy is a community-serving clergy organization committed to bringing faith, prayer, hope, unity, and support to neighborhoods throughout all five boroughs. Since 2017, we have faithfully organized and supported prayer services, worship services, community vigils, outreach programs, and family events across New York City.

In 2026 alone, NYC Clergy is conducting and supporting more than 30 events, many of which are outdoor gatherings.. We are there during moments of grief, after tragedies, during community crises, and during times of celebration bringing clergy, families, residents, community leaders, and civic partners together.

Our outreach goes beyond the pulpit. We help families and children through school-supply distributions, toy giveaways, holiday programs, food and community outreach, and other initiatives designed to provide hope and practical support.

We Need Your Help

For years, NYC Clergy and the United Clergy Coalition (UCC) have had to rent the equipment needed to conduct these events, including:

* Professional sound systems and speakers

* Microphones and mixers

* Musical equipment

* Stages and related equipment

* Generators and power equipment

* Other essential event-production equipment

These rentals cost approximately $900 per event or day. With more than 30 events each year, that expense quickly adds up to tens of thousands of dollars that could instead be used to help families and strengthen our community outreach.

We believe it is time to invest in equipment that will serve our communities for years to come.

Your Donation Will Make a Lasting Difference

Our goal is to purchase our own professional equipment so that when a community calls, we can answer.

Your contribution will help us build an equipment inventory that can be used repeatedly for prayer vigils, worship services, community gatherings, holiday programs, outreach events, and emergency community responses throughout New York City.

$25 can help toward microphones, cables, and smaller equipment.

$50 can help provide essential event supplies.

$100 can help toward sound and production equipment.

$500 can make a significant contribution toward speakers or other major equipment.

$800 can help offset the cost of an entire event rental.

We don't want to spend year after year renting equipment. We want to own the tools that allow us to serve.
