As many of you know, Neil Stallings is one of most humble and kindest persons around, not to mention one of the Bay Area’s finest musicians.  A few weeks ago, June 30th, Neil suffered a heart attack which resulted in a triple bypass heart surgery.  Neil is currently recovering at home, and while knowing that it will be a long journey to recovery, he is determined to make it through. 

However, the 2-week hospital stay, the surgery, and the inability to work has caused, and continues to cause substantial financial hardship.  The Doctors have estimated that it may be 3 months or more before he is able to resume work. 

The TopShelf Classics’ organization, along with many other musicians and bands, have come together and as a tribute to Neil, created this page as a means to accept donations.  If you are able to make a contribution (no donation is too small), it would be greatly appreciated. The money raised goes directly to Neil and will be used to offset medical and living  expenses.

In addition, we’ll be hosting a fundraiser (musical salute) on Sunday August 16th at Angelicas in Redwood City.   Bring those dancing shoes, your axe or your voice as we celebrate friends, family and good health!
